Oslo, November 10, 2020 -NEXT Biometrics (Oslo Bors: NEXT), a global company in finger-print sensor technology, today announced it has received an initial purchase order for biometric sensors from business partner Page Electronica in Belgium. The initial order is for 10,000 units and is scheduled to be deployed in December 2020. The partner estimates that 20,000 NEXT sensors will be deployed during the next 24 months period.

The initial purchase order is a result of NEXTs close collaboration with Page Electronica, an ICT service provider in Belgium. “We are pleased that our collaboration with Page Electronica and NGRAVE has resulted in this innovative ultra-secure solution. It proves NEXTs capabilities attracting partners with novel solutions as well as our ability to deliver biometric solutions with superior performance. The collaboration demonstrates again the versatility of our sensor technology. We are excited that yet another interesting new product include NEXT sensors” said Peter Heuman, CEO of NEXT Biometrics.
