NEXT Biometrics Group ASA (NEXT) is listed on Oslo Børs/Stock Exchange (as of 17.12.2015).

Share performance and share price are gathered from the Oslo Stock Exchange. The objective of NEXT is to ensure that financial markets have sufficient information about the Company to be certain that share pricing reflects underlying value.

NEXT arranges regular presentations in addition to holding meetings with investors and analysts. Important events affecting the Company are reported immediately.

Ahead of quarterly earnings reports, NEXT observes a four week ‘quiet period’ where the company and executives will refrain from making announcements unless this is deemed necessary according to the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

The Company is committed to disclosing and sharing relevant information in a timely, reliable, and accurate manner with all financial stakeholders in accordance with relevant legal requirements and principles of sound corporate governance.

The objective is to ensure equal treatment of all stakeholders and fair valuation of NEXT shares.

NEXT communications policy for external announcements

NEXT cannot publicize every minor update and has therefore defined clear criteria for external announcements. These announcements are categorized as follows:

In general, NEXT immediately discloses material information that directly concerns the company and could significantly affect the price of its securities. Consequently, NEXT stock market announcements will include, e.g.:

  • Quarterly results and annual reports
  • New contracts and orders with a value of more than 2.5 MNOK
  • Product announcements and entry into new market segments and/or geographies.
  • Other announcements such as certification of new products, notice of general meeting or other public disclosure that is required by the Euronext Oslo Rule Book.

NEXT ‘News’ announcements will include:

  • Product launches within existing product lines or for specific use cases;
  • Selected partnership updates with notable new companies, product approvals, design wins, geographies, use cases or other key updates.
  • In some instances, NEXT will make NEWS available as stock market announcements to increase investor’s knowledge and competence of the biometrics industry, company, its customers and products. In most case, such news will be classified as “Non-regulatory press releases” on the Euronext news publication services.
