Tove Giske

Chairman of the board

Tove is an experienced senior manager with over 30 years of documented experience in building companies, commercial strategy and scaling growth companies. She has led several businesses from start-up to profitability and completed successful sales to industrial players. ‘

Further, she has extensive experience from board work and growth strategies in the technology and communication sector. Tove has held senior positions in Ropo Capital Norway AS, Kredinor AS, Sergel Group AS. Her experience from board positions includes Link Mobility Group ASA and Defigo AS. She holds a degree from the Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration

Jon H. Nordbrekken

Board member

Jon H. is one of Norway’s most experienced serial entrepreneurs and investors in the financial sector. He founded Aktiv Kapital and later co-founded Bank2 and B2 Impact ASA (formerly B2Holding), a publicly listed financial services group where he remains one of the largest shareholders.

Jon H. has extensive experience in company building, capital markets, financial services, and strategic value creation. Through his investment company, Valset Invest AS, he is also the largest shareholder of Next Biometrics ASA, holding more than 17% of the company’s shares.

Peter Heuman

Board member

Peter has extensive experience as CEO of Nordic listed companies, including Done Management AB, NEXT Biometrics ASA, MSAB. Since 2025, he has served as the CEO of Careium.

He brings a broad international experience from executive positions at Ericsson and Kinnevik, among others, as well as international board experience. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.
