Magnus Mandersson

Chairman of the Board

Magnus Mandersson was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2018. He has more than 30 years’ experience in various management roles and on company boards, with a solid history of entrepreneurship. As an industry executive, Magnus has been responsible for growing profitable businesses globally.

Magnus held top management positions at Ericsson from 2004 to 2016 including his role as an executive member of the Ericsson Board of Management. Prior to joining Ericsson, he held C-level positions with the Swedish conglomerate Kinnevik.

Magnus is based in Luxembourg.

Brita Eilertsen

Brita has extensive experience from the investment banking business. She now holds several board positions in listed and unlisted companies. Brita holds a Siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In addition, she is a Certified Financial Analyst

Brita is based in Oslo, Norway.

Emanuel Lang

Emanuel Lang is a Managing Partner at Greenbridge, working with long-term technology investments.

His most recent professional background before Greenbridge include H.I.G. Capital, an American mid-market private equity firm and Themes Investment Partners, a Hong Kong based biotech investment firm. Emanuel has held board positions in both private and publicly listed companies. Holds a Master’s degree from London School of Economics.

Emanuel is based in London, UK.

Emine Lundkvist

Emine's principal fields of practice are tax legislation for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, establishments abroad, taxation of employees and close companies, and international taxation.

Emine is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Petter Fjellstad

Petter Fjellstad was educated at Yale University (BA 1983) (Cum Laude, Distinction in the Major) and Harvard Business School (MBA 1985). He also served as an officer in the Norwegian Coastal artillery.

He worked with McKinsey & Co. from 1985 to 1990 serving a variety of industrial and financial clients before becoming President of Dyvi A/S, an Investment company and Ship-owner from 1990 to 1997. Prior to establishing Grand Haven Capital AG , he founded and provided the initial funding for Computer Resources AS that eventually went public on the Oslo Exchange. He did the same with Vision Park which he took public on the Stockholm Exchange. He also acquired a small medical distribution company, turned it around, and later sold it to a competitor. In 2010 he sold the company Dropzone ASA which he had both founded and funded, to a competitor.

Throughout his career he has held a number of board positions in both listed and unlisted companies. Petter is based in Oslo, Norway
